Michelle Codrington-Rogers is a dedicated individual with a background in education and trade unionism. Michelle has held various roles in different organizations, including The Cherwell School, Trades Union Congress, and NASUWT. Michelle has a strong focus on equal opportunities and race relations, as evidenced by their positions on committees and as an external consultant. With a degree in American Studies and experience as a Student Union President, Michelle brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to their roles.
