Alexia Bencini is an experienced data services professional with a robust background in data analytics, operations, and management across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Data Services at the National Centre for Social Research since June 2025, Alexia previously held the position of Director of Data Analytics Engineering at GWI, where significant advancements in data processes were achieved through the implementation of a modern data stack. With a history of improving operational efficiency at GlobalWebIndex as Data Manager, alongside roles at InfoTrack UK and YouGov that focused on client operations and standardization of processes, Alexia has demonstrated a strong ability to lead teams and implement strategic initiatives.
