Rachel Whitford

Rachel is a Researcher at ScotCen and works primarily on the Scottish Social Attitudes Survey, as well as contributing to other large-scale surveys, smaller quantitative projects and qualitative studies. She also supports the ESRC-funded What UK Thinks which tracks attitudes to Brexit and other political issues across the UK and Europe.

Rachel started at ScotCen as a Research Assistant in 2021 and previously worked for The Open University. Rachel completed a master’s degree in Applied Educational and Social Research from the University of Strathclyde in 2022.
