Dimitrios Balezos

Dimitrios Balezons has extensive experience in the banking and finance sector, currently serving as a Business Expert Manager at Natech since June 2020, where responsibilities include the design and implementation of a core banking Trade Finance application and oversight of compliance with regulatory frameworks. Prior roles include Central Operations – Core Trade Finance Operations Manager at Praxiabank, managing operations for retail and corporate customer onboarding, and a series of leadership positions at the National Bank of Greece, where contributions ranged from managing payment orders to overseeing Trade Finance operations. Dimitrios began a career at PROBANK S.A., serving in various capacities including as a founding executive and head of the Payments and Funds Transfer Department. Earlier experience also includes roles at Ergasias Bank and as a financial statements auditor at Moore Stevens International. Dimitrios holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Athens University of Economics and Business.
