Mateusz Cieślewicz

Mateusz Cieślewicz has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and operations management. Mateusz is currently working at NATEK as a Talent Acquisition Partner, where they began in March 2023. Prior to this, they worked at NATEK as a Talent Acquisition Specialist from July 2022 to February 2023, and as a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist from January 2022 to June 2022. Before joining NATEK, Mateusz worked at Inditex, starting in February 2016 as a Customer Service Sales Assistant and later transitioning to the role of Manager of Operations in September 2018. Mateusz held this position until January 2022.

Mateusz Cieślewicz completed their bachelor's degree in Environmental Protection at Uniwersytet Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie between 2014 and 2017. Currently, they are pursuing a master's degree in HR Business Partner at SGH Warsaw School of Economics, expected to be completed between 2021 and 2023.
