Later that year, they joined AIESEC as a Partnership Development Team Member specialized in Marketing and Promotion. In 2021, Monika worked as a Marketing Executive - Innovators Economy Associate at TH.0, focusing on cross-industry and open-source collaboration. Monika then became an Information Technology Recruiter at Vertex Solutions International Ltd in November 2021, where they conducted full life cycle recruitment. Currently, Monika works as an Information Technology Recruiter at NATEK, specializing in designing and implementing IT business solutions for global clients from various sectors.
