Tereza Dodd (Žampová) has worked in various roles throughout their career. Tereza started their professional journey in 2010 at Hypoteční banka, where they served as an Application Support for purchase for two years. In 2012, they joined Southwestern Advantage as a Sales Manager, where they successfully managed a business network comprising over 120 customers in California, focusing on business development, customer care, product delivery, and trainings. Later, in 2013, Tereza became an Account Manager at Hay Group, where they conducted special analyses and projects related to salary policy, regional benchmarks, management development, and recruitment for clients in the production, chemical, and FMCG sectors. In 2015, they joined NATEK as a Resource Manager, responsible for ensuring smooth HR processes, acting as a single point of contact for employees and managers on the customer side, and supporting the delivery of clients' HR processes. Tereza later transitioned into the role of HR Business Partner, where they continued to enhance employee relations and prioritize client satisfaction.

Tereza Dodd (Žampová) obtained their bachelor's degree in International Business from the Prague University of Economics and Business in the period from 2007 to 2011. Following that, they pursued a master's degree in International Business from the same institution, which they completed from 2011 to 2013. Tereza also holds a certification in Sprachdiplom Stufe II from the Goethe Institut, which they obtained in April 2007.
