Fang Fang

Fang (Maggie) Fang is an accomplished legal expert with extensive experience in corporate transactions and business development. Currently serving as Vice President of Transactions, Business Development and Licensing at Natera since March 2015, Fang leads the legal structuring, drafting, negotiating, and executing of strategic company agreements. Previously, Fang held the position of Associate General Counsel at UnitedHealth Group, focusing on managed healthcare solutions, contract negotiation, and compliance. As a Corporate Associate at Faegre Baker Daniels LLP, Fang represented clients in mergers and acquisitions and provided advisory services on corporate reorganization and governance. Fang holds a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center, a Master of Science in Computer Science from The George Washington University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Law from Peking University.
