Shama Huda

Shama H. is an accomplished product manager with extensive experience in the healthcare technology sector. Currently serving as Lead Product Manager at Natera since November 2020, Shama H. successfully launched an AI-powered patient support chatbot and a new patient portal, significantly enhancing patient support efficiency. Previously, as a Senior Product Manager, Shama H. designed a scalable data mapping architecture for genetic data and developed multiple successful chatbots. Additional experience includes roles at iRhythm Technologies as Technical Product Manager, co-founding Fired Up as Head of Product, and holding engineering positions at Auris Health and Philips. Shama H. holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Arkansas.
