Ahmed Salama

Ahmed Salama is an experienced Cisco Collaboration Engineer with a strong background in technical support and client relations. Since April 2020, Ahmed has been serving at Natilik in various roles, including Cisco Collaboration Engineer T3, focusing on delivering exceptional client service, maintaining ownership of requests, and ensuring adherence to SLAs. Prior to this, Ahmed worked at Pinnaca as a Video Network Operations Engineer, troubleshooting videoconferencing issues and managing collaboration devices. From 2015 to 2018, Ahmed held senior engineering positions at Orange Business Services, specializing in Cisco Unified Communication solutions, where responsibilities included escalations and end-to-end project ownership. Earlier experience includes customer care at Vodafone Global Enterprise and creative work as a photographer at KidZania Cairo. Ahmed holds a Bachelor's Degree in Power and Electrical Machines from Tanta University.
