Tara Ferrier - Kasica

Tara Ferrier-Kasica has over 25 years of experience in the insurance and sales industry. Tara is currently serving as the Head of Sales at Nation Safe Drivers since February 2023. Prior to this, they were the Senior Vice President of Sales at Polly (formerly DealerPolicy) from December 2020 to January 2023. From March 2015 to December 2020, Tara worked at Allstate Insurance Company, where they held the position of National Sales Director for the Allstate Auto Dealer Program. Tara was responsible for expanding Allstate Insurance agencies into automotive dealerships and managing the sales and deployment teams. Before joining Allstate Insurance Company, Tara worked at Allstate Dealer Services from 2006 to 2015 in various roles, including National Sales Director and Vice President for FCIC/ERJ-AHIS/PCIC. Tara also held the positions of Director of Marketing & Sales Support and Sr. Manager/Vice President for FCIC New Product Development & Strategic Accounts. Tara's early career includes a role in Product Management at Great American Insurance, where they developed tailored products for the Finance and Insurance industry.

Tara Ferrier - Kasica completed their MBA in Business at Northern Kentucky University from 1996 to 1999.
