Jacqueline van Ham

Jacqueline Van Ham currently serves as the Directeur-bestuurder at Dudok Wonen since November 2023 and as a Bestuurder at the Nationaal Warmtefonds since June 2023, a role focused on providing responsible and affordable financing for the sustainability of homes and buildings. Previously, Jacqueline held various leadership positions at Stadgenoot, including directeur Klant en Woning and directeur Strategie, Portefeuille en Assetmanagement, from October 2011 to October 2023, and served as a fellow at the Amsterdam School of Real Estate from April 2016 to November 2023. Additional experience includes being a member of the Raad van Toezicht at Junis Kinderopvang and working as a senior adviseur and manager at Twynstra Gudde Adviseurs en Managers from September 2007 to September 2011. Jacqueline's earlier career included a role as a trainer/adviseur at Schouten & Nelissen from 2005 to 2007. Jacqueline Van Ham holds degrees from Leiden University and Comenius Leergangen, with secondary education completed at Van der Putt Lyceum.
