Kelly Wanser

Kelly Wanser serves as the Executive Director at SilverLining since July 2018, focusing on enhancing understanding of the atmosphere and Earth system to mitigate near-term risks. Additionally, Wanser is a Senior Advisor for the Marine Cloud Brightening Research Program at the University of Washington, contributing expertise on aerosols' impacts on climate. Past roles include consulting for the U.S. Department of State on atmospheric research, serving as a Board Member for Dendra, and being part of The National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine's President's Circle. Wanser founded Luminus Networks and Stateless Networks and has a history of leading eCert Inc. to establish email authentication standards, along with holding the position of Executive Chairman of the Trusted Email Consortium for Financial Services. Educational background includes degrees in Economics and Philosophy from Boston College and study at the University of Oxford.
