Heather Joines has extensive experience in the museum sector, currently serving as a Museum Specialist and Assistant Registrar at The John F. Kennedy Presidential Library & Museum since January 2001. In this role, Heather coordinates rights and reproductions requests as well as research inquiries related to the museum’s collection. Prior experience includes positions as Museum Technician and Special Events Coordinator at the New York State Bureau of Historic Sites & Preservation from July 1999 to January 2001, along with an earlier role as Museum Collections Assistant. Heather holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Political Science from Union College, where studies were completed between 1995 and 1999. Prior education was completed at The Wheeler School from 1985 to 1995.
