Francisco Pardo

Francisco Pardo is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in higher education law and civil rights advocacy. Currently serving as Senior Legal Resources Attorney at the National Association of College and University Attorneys since June 2017, responsibilities include managing the NACUA Annual Conference and developing continuing legal education programming. Prior roles include Associate Director at Columbia University’s Office of Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action, where investigations into discrimination and harassment complaints were conducted, and Complaints & Investigations Analyst at the New York City Campaign Finance Board, focusing on complex campaign finance compliance issues. Additionally, experience as a Legal Intern with the American Civil Liberties Union and leadership roles in community organizations underscore a commitment to social justice and educational reform.
