Aquila Leon-Soon

Aquila Leon-Soon is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in education and business development. Currently serving as a Fellow at the National Association of Corporate Directors since October 2022, Aquila is also the Chief Executive Officer of ATS+Partners and an Advisory Council Member for the National Association of Charter School Authorizers. Previous roles include participation in the EY Entrepreneur Access Network and membership in the Forbes Coaches Council. Aquila has held various leadership positions in organizations such as the NYC Department of Small Business Services and the NYC Department of Education, demonstrating a commitment to mentoring and developing women entrepreneurs and advancing education initiatives. Aquila's educational background includes an MBA from Columbia Business School, an M.P.A. from Long Island University, and a BA from Syracuse University.
