Elisa Kahn

Elisa Kahn is NACD's Director of Certification. She is responsible for ensuring the NACD Directorship Certification® meets the highest standards of integrity, relevance, and performance. She leads the exam development and maintenance process, ensuring validity, reliability and "fairness in testing". Elisa has over 20 years of experience building and maintaining licensure, voluntary certification, and K-12 assessment programs. She is a member of multiple assessment-industry associations and routinely gives back to the community by holding volunteer positions within these associations and presenting at various professional conferences.
