Brandon Natsuhara

National Program Director, Technology Partnerships, NACo FSC at National Association of Counties

Brandon is the director of technology partnerships for the NACo Financial Services Corp (FSC) and is responsible for developing programs within NACo FSC’s technology portfolio. This portfolio includes leading edge cybersecurity and technology solutions including the Professional Development Academy, NuHarbor Security and Cybersecurity Collaborative partnerships. In this role, he leads business development activities and manages strategic relationships across public and private sectors.

Before joining NACo, Brandon worked at the Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board (FRTIB) working in the Pathways program for the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office and was involved in the development of the Thrift Savings Plan’s (TSP) Blended Retirement Program.

Brandon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the College of William and Mary and a Master of Engineering degree in Cybersecurity Policy & Compliance from George Washington University.
