Kasantha Moodley

Kasantha Moodley is a highly experienced professional in environmental management and sustainability, currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at the National Association of Counties since March 2023, where Kasantha manages projects focused on clean energy and climate resilience at the county level. Previous roles include Program Lead for Technology and Innovation at the Environmental Law Institute, overseeing the ELI Innovation Lab and driving research initiatives that attracted funding, and Senior Environmental Project Manager at Digby Wells Environmental, leading teams on complex environmental impact studies for clients in the mineral resources sector. Additional experience includes leading sustainability efforts at ERM for Shell’s facilities in South Africa, advising on compliance, and analyzing environmental impacts at GIBB.
