Charles "Chuck" Halcome serves as a Clinical Educator at Terrebonne General Health System since January 2023 and has a distinguished career in the United States Air Force, where service extended from September 1991 until retirement in October 2014 after 23 years and 27 days. Chuck Halcome holds the position of President of USAF RETIRED and the National Tactical Emergency Medical Support Council, while also serving as an Instructor for the FBI and Regional Coordinator for the National Association of Emergency Medical Technicians. Previous roles include Critical Care SAR Flight Paramedic at Acadian Ambulance, Sales Accounts Manager at Chinook Medical Gear, Inc., and Director of Special Operations Training at the University of Maryland Medical Center. Chuck Halcome earned a Bachelor's degree in Emergency Medical Technology from Western Carolina University and is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Digital Photography from Southern New Hampshire University.
