Rodney Gansho

Rodney Gansho serves on the Board of Directors for the Real Estate Standards Organization (RESO) since July 2025 and has a long-standing career with the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) beginning in March 1991. Gansho has held various senior roles, including Senior Director of Engagement, where responsibilities included serving as staff executive for multiple committees and liaising with institutes and councils. As Managing Director/Director of the Member Policy Department, Gansho oversaw a team, ensured compliance of governing documents, and was involved in policy-related forums. Previous experience also includes contract negotiation with an online education provider and leadership in policy communication and training. Gansho has a background in reviewing governing documents for REALTOR® associations and has contributed to policy discussions and education initiatives throughout the organization. Gansho holds a degree from the University of Illinois Chicago.
