Emily Chase

Emily Chase has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations and roles. Emily currently works at the National Audubon Society, where they first served as a Development Associate and Special Assistant to the Chief Development Officer from January 2019 to January 2020. Emily then progressed to become a Senior Manager in Development Leadership from January 2020 to December 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Development in the Office of the CDO, starting in December 2022.

In 2021, Emily briefly worked as an Assistant Producer for the Global Climate Uprising Festival for the months of October and November.

Prior to their time at the National Audubon Society and the Global Climate Uprising Festival, Emily worked at the Aspen Center for Environmental Studies. Their roles at the center included being a Naturalist and Events Coordinator from March 2014 to September 2014, a Hallam Lake Programs Coordinator from September 2014 to April 2017, and a Hallam Lake Programs Manager from April 2017 to October 2018.

Before joining the Aspen Center for Environmental Studies, Emily worked at Charitybuzz as an Assistant to Auction Specialists from April 2011 to July 2011. Emily also gained experience as an Editorial Intern at Rolling Stone Magazine from June 2007 to August 2008.

Emily started their career as an intern at the Natural Resources Defense Council in June 2006, where they worked until August 2006.

Emily Chase completed their education at Barnard College from 2007 to 2014, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree. Their field of study at Barnard College included Political Science and Government, as well as English. Additionally, they attended Columbia University during the same time period, although no degree or field of study information is provided. Prior to their college education, they attended The Lawrenceville School from 2003 to 2007. Emily Chase has no additional certifications in First Aid & CPR.
