Justin Wright has a diverse work experience in various educational and environmental organizations. Justin started their career as an Adjunct Instructor at the University of Central Arkansas in 2010. In 2011, they worked as an Approved Tortoise Monitor at Nevada Biological Consulting and also served as a Biological Consultant at Garcia and Associates. In 2013, they joined Quintergy, Inc. as an Executive Power Consultant, where they provided IT products and services. From 2014 onwards, Justin held multiple positions including Adjunct Professor at Southern California Institute of Technology, Adjunct Ecology Instructor at Orange Coast College, Summer Biologist/Educator at National Audubon Society, and Biology Professor at Irvine Valley College. Currently, Justin is an Assistant Professor of Biology at Irvine Valley College.

Justin Wright earned a Master's degree in Biology from the University of Central Arkansas, completing their studies from 2007 to 2010. Additionally, they also obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Biology from the same university, commencing in 2008 and concluding in 2010.
