Mohit Kapadia

Mohit Kapadia is a seasoned professional currently serving as a Senior Business Analyst in Domestic Payments at NAB since April 2018. With a strong focus on transactional banking and enterprise payments, Mohit has been instrumental in product development for Fast Payments (NPP), where responsibilities included documenting technical and non-functional requirements and creating technical API specifications. Prior experience at NAB includes roles as a Business Analyst in International Payments, managing SWIFT ISO20022 technology and processes, and working with complex lending solutions and strategic business services. Mohit began a career at Woolworths Supermarkets as a Customer Service & Merchandising Assistant. Academically, Mohit holds a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance with a specialization in Financial Risk Management from Kaplan Professional, and a Bachelor's Degree in Science (Neuroscience) from the University of Melbourne, among other qualifications.
