Dai Nguyen, B.Eng., MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning over 17 years. Dai'smost recent position was as a Contact Center - Principal Architect at the National Bank of Canada since 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Accenture as a Banking - BPMN Architect & Integration Project Manager from 2018 to 2020 and as a Banking - Development Lead from 2017 to 2018. Before their time at Accenture, they served as the Chief Technology Officer at Oro Loyalty, a smart mobile wallet app, from 2015 to 2017. Earlier in their career, they were the Chief Technology Officer at The Relationship Ninjas, overseeing product management and development from 2013 to 2017. Prior to that, they held various positions at SAP, including CRM Project Manager, Scrum Master, and Software Developer in different business domains, such as CRM, SCM, IS-Retail, IS-Utilities, and more. Dai also gained experience in hardware and software development as a Co-op at Ross Video in 2004 and 2003, respectively. Dai Nguyen, B.Eng., MBA, completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering (Co-op) from the University of Ottawa, with a study period from 2000 to 2004. In 2011, Dai obtained an MBA in Information Technology Management from HEC Montréal. Furthermore, Dai has obtained various certifications, including the AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in 2023 and 2021, respectively. Dai also holds certifications such as Genesys Cloud CX: Professional Certification from Genesys, Professional Scrum Master I (Fundamental) from Scrum.org, and ITIL® v3 foundation from Loyalist Exam Services.
