Tedd S. has a diverse range of work experience, starting with their most recent role as a Human Resources Executive at National Beverage Corp. Lastly, they served as the VP, Organizational Development at Right Management, overseeing the consulting practice for their Dayton office.

Tedd S. completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Religion and History from Anderson University in 1978. Tedd then pursued further education at the same university and obtained a Master of Arts degree between 1982 and 1984. After a few years, from 1985 to 1987, they attended Anderson University again and completed a Master of Divinity degree. Lastly, Tedd S. pursued a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership at Regent University from 1997 to 2001.
