Dr. Tan Morales is the Chief Learning Officer at the National Black MBA Association and a Lecturer at Northeastern University for the Masters in Human Resource Management program. With a background in talent management and organizational development, Dr. Morales has vast experience in various leadership roles at companies such as Equifax, Randstad Sourceright, and Turner. Dr. Morales holds a Doctorate from Northeastern University and has a diverse educational background in business, psychology, and lean six sigma.

Established in 1970, the National Black MBA Association is dedicated to develop partnerships that result in the creation of intellectual and economic wealth in the black community.
