Naif Alorfi has a diverse work experience in the field of meteorology and technology. Naif started their career in 2019 as the Information Technology Operations Manager at The General Authority of Meteorology and Environment Protection. During their time there, they also served as the Deputy Chief Technology Officer. In 2020, they joined the National Center for Meteorology as the Director of technologies and system operations. In this role, they are responsible for leading business applications, digital transformation, data processing, and the development of web portals and mobile applications related to meteorological services.
Naif Alorfi completed their Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from RMIT University in 2012, followed by a Master's degree in Information Technology from Monash University in 2014.
