Elaine Rabelo

Elaine Rabelo is a dedicated professional with a diverse background in mental health, animal care, and educational services. Currently serving as a Survivor Services Analyst and CyberTipline Analyst at the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children since January 2022, Elaine previously worked as a Mental Health Worker at Discovery Behavioral Health and held various roles in the veterinary field, including Emergency Veterinary Assistant at Pet+ER and Veterinary Assistant at Paradise Animal Hospital. Elaine's experience also includes positions as an Employment Specialist at Mosaic Community Services and a Teacher at The Young School. Elaine Rabelo holds a Master of Arts in Forensic Psychology from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Animal Behavior from Towson University, complemented by an Associate of Arts in General Studies from Howard Community College.
