Emily Peraza

Emily Peraza is an experienced data analyst currently working at the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children since November 2022. Prior to this role, Emily served as a data scientist at Battelle from July 2019 to November 2022, where responsibilities included communicating technical concepts to clients and developing statistical models for complex problems. Previous experience includes tutoring mathematics at The University of Findlay, where Emily also worked as a teaching assistant, and interning at Tour de Force Inc. to enhance a customer-facing website. Additionally, Emily conducted research at Wright State University, leading to the development of a Chrome extension and a presentation for The National Science Foundation. Emily holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics with a focus on Operations Research and Computer Science from The University of Findlay.
