Merlyn Perez

Merlyn Perez is the current Director of Business Operations and Administration at the National Cherry Blossom Festival. Prior to this role, Merlyn served as the Director of Operations at Farmworker Justice, where Merlyn quickly advanced within the organization. With previous experience as a Medical Office Manager, Customer Care Manager, and Human Resources Specialist, Merlyn has a strong background in effectively managing operations and implementing key strategies to support the organizations Merlyn has worked for. Merlyn holds a Master of Science in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelor of Science in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Howard University.
