Dean Jorgensen

Dean Jorgensen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management consulting, business development, and engineering. Currently serving as Principal Consultant & Associate Partner at Hoagland Management & Consulting LLC since 2023, Dean Jorgensen provides strategic planning and program management consulting to small- and mid-cap companies and nonprofit organizations. In addition to consulting, Dean Jorgensen is a Disciplinary Officer for National Collegiate Rugby, investigating and enforcing regulations related to foul play. Previous roles include Business Intelligence & Innovation Manager at Kaman Corporation, Cofounder and Chief Product Officer at Chiefofstaff.com, and Vice President of Sales & Contracts at Pioneer Aerospace Corporation. Dean Jorgensen’s career also includes significant positions in business development at Plasan North America, HDT Global, and Pioneer Aerospace Corporation, alongside engineering contributions at Textron Systems and the University of Leicester. Dean Jorgensen holds a PhD in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Leicester and an ScB in Civil Engineering from Brown University.
