Caitlin Mann, CMP, CEM, DES has a background in event management and meeting operations. With experience at various organizations such as NCQA, Helicopter Association International, and American Academy of Otolaryngology, Caitlin has held roles ranging from Assistant Director to Senior Manager. Caitlin also has experience as a Customer Experience Advisory Board Member and Event Planner at CX at University of Richmond and SHRM. With a Bachelor's Degree in History from Saint Joseph’s University, Caitlin has honed their skills in the industry over the years.
