Joe Hilseberg

Joe Hilseberg has a diverse work experience in graphic design and creative direction. Joe is currently working as a Graphic Design Lead at NCQA. Prior to that, they owned their own company called Jersey NameFrame. From 2013 to 2022, Joe worked as a Creative Director at BoldHaus, where they were responsible for organizing and rebranding the organization, leading creative efforts for events, and providing on-site support. Joe also worked as a Freelance Designer/Art Director and a Senior Graphic Design Consultant in 2013. From 2010 to 2013, Joe served as a Senior Graphic Design Strategist at Maxim Healthcare Services, where they managed a creative services team and implemented new workflows and structures. Before that, they worked as a Senior Communications Designer at BD from 2003 to 2010, where they designed print materials and collaborated with marketing directors. Joe's earlier experiences include roles as a Senior Designer-Art Director at G1440 Staffing and a Designer & Athletic Typesetter at Pro-Am Sportswear.

Joe Hilseberg attended the University of Maryland from 1994 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Studio Art with a focus in Graphic Design.
