Joshua Berch

Joshua Berch has a solid work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Joshua started their career as a Software Programmer at CATT Lab, where they designed and implemented real-time systems for vehicle tracking and traffic measurements. Joshua then moved on to Lockheed Martin as a Software Engineer, leading the design and development of complex software projects. At Newbrook Solutions, Inc., they served as a Software Engineer and Development Lead for an Independent Research and Development (IRaD) project. Most recently, Joshua worked at NCQA, where they held various positions, including Assistant Director of Information Systems and Director of Information Systems. In these roles, they managed teams and oversaw multiple projects using technologies such as .Net Core, C#, SQL, Azure, and React.

Joshua Berch earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, General from the University of Maryland between the years 2001 and 2005. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Systems Engineering at The George Washington University from 2006 to 2009.
