Laura Howard has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Laura began their career as a Labor Relations Specialist at GSA in 1998. From 1999 to 2006, they worked at Matz, Blancato & Associates, Inc. in roles such as Associate and later as a Senior Associate. Following that, they served as a Senior Account Executive at DDB Issues & Advocacy in 2006. From 2007 to 2013, Laura worked as a self-employed Advocacy and Communications Consultant. In 2013, they joined Public Consulting Group as a Consultant until 2015. Laura then held leadership positions at the State of Delaware, serving as the Executive Director of the Delaware Health Care Commission from 2015 to 2017 and as the Deputy Director of the Division of Services for Aging and Adults with Physical Disabilities from 2017 to 2018. Finally, since 2018, Laura has been working at NCQA as the Director of the Quality Solutions Group, overseeing various contracts supporting health care quality and improvement initiatives.
From 1994 to 1998, Laura Howard attended Penn State University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Policy & Administration.
