Juan Chen is a Senior Research Psychometrician at the National Conference of Bar Examiners, a position held since August 2014, following a role as a Research Psychometrician. Prior experience includes working as a Research Assistant at ACT from June 2009 to December 2013, where responsibilities involved providing measurement and data analysis support, conducting item calibration, item analysis, score estimation, scaling, and equating.
