Iddo Gelle is an experienced program manager currently leading the Thrive initiative at the National Conflict Resolution Center since April 2019. Gelle has played key roles in the District Attorney’s Juvenile Diversion Initiative as both the Lead Community Connector and Outreach and Engagement Manager. Previous positions include Program Coordinator at City Heights Community Development and Co-Founder/Co-Executive Director at Youth Empowerment Focus, where responsibilities included organizational direction and work plan implementation. Gelle's earlier experiences include internships at Catholic Charities Mid, assisting with emergency food services, and at Horn of Africa Studies and Affairs, focusing on Peace Studies and document research. Gelle holds a B.A. in International Security and Conflict Resolution from San Diego State University, with an emphasis on cooperation and conflict resolution.
