Kimberly Counter

Kim Counter is the Human Resources Director, North Division at National Convenience Distributors. Kim is responsible for overseeing payroll, benefits, and workers compensation. Also, Kim is involved in employee relations, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing budgets, assessing staffing needs, hiring employees, designing training programs, and developing compensation plans.

Prior to her role at National Convenience Distributors, Kim worked as the Risk Manager at J. Polep Distribution Services in Chicopee, MA and was later promoted to Director of Human Resources.

Kim earned a degree from Fitchburg State University.
