Kelly Wichert

Kelly Wichert is an experienced retail professional with a strong background in management and operational leadership within the grocery sector. Currently serving as the Retail Business Technology Program Manager at National Co+op Grocers since September 2021, Kelly has previously held managerial positions at Good Harvest Market, overseeing store and café operations with responsibilities that included sales, training, inventory management, and new store planning. Prior experience also includes leadership roles at Whole Foods Market, focusing on team development and operational support, as well as culinary positions at Ajs Fine Foods. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Arizona State University and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership at the University of Colorado Boulder.
