Scott Moody is the Senior Vice President of Operations. In this role, he is responsible for the development, implementation and execution of operational initiatives that drive efficiency and effectiveness throughout the organization with the goal of improving customer experience. Specifically, Scott and his team lead customer service, contract provisioning, product delivery and implementation.
Additionally, as the Chief Compliance office he and his team ensure NCC remains compliant with all applicable rules, regulations and laws associated with the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
Scott has over 20-years of experience in B2B Sales, Sales Leadership and Sales, Product, and Technology Operations. In his most recent role prior to joining NCC, he was a Vice-President in Dun & Bradstreet’s Global Operations team responsible for leading and executing strategic programs related to product, technology and go-to-market initiatives.
Scott holds a BA in Communications from the University of Dayton.
