Harun Seker

Harun Seker, CISSP, serves as the Cyber Security Program / Director of Global Training at National Cyber Group, focusing on cyber security workforce development and talent solutions since May 2022. Concurrently, Seker works as a SOC Senior Analyst at CyberNow Labs, coordinating operations within a 24x7 Cyber Security Operation Center. As an adjunct instructor at both Mohawk Valley Community College and Syracuse University, Seker teaches various courses on programming, cybersecurity, and information security. Additionally, Seker contributes as a District Instructional Technology Coach and Cybersecurity Program Coordinator for Science Academies of New York Charter Schools, overseeing comprehensive security awareness training programs. With experience as a Cybersecurity Consultant at Star Cyber Security LLC and as the Director of Information Technology at Mevlana University, Seker has cultivated a robust background in cyber security education and practice. Seker holds a Magister Philosophiae in Engineering Project Management from the University of Johannesburg and a Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Computer Science from Marmara University.
