Andrea Pagnanelli is an experienced executive with a diverse background in sports management and business development. Starting in 2008, Pagnanelli worked as a Sales Consultant for the Phoenix Suns before moving on to the New York Jets in 2009. At the Jets, Pagnanelli served as an Account Executive and later as a Sales Manager and Group Sales Manager, where they were responsible for managing the senior level sales team and implementing strategic initiatives during the relocation to Metlife Stadium. In 2012, Pagnanelli became the CEO of LeapSeats at RSE Ventures, a role they held until 2014.
In 2013, Pagnanelli joined Relevent Sports as the Commercial Director and later became the Vice President, Commercial. In this position, they oversaw commercial operations, developed marketing plans, managed sponsorships and brand strategies, and integrated marketing objectives for the International Champions Cup. Pagnanelli then joined the Los Angeles Football Club (LAFC) in 2016 as the Executive Vice President, Venue & Event Strategy, where they maximized revenue through event sales, managed day-to-day venue event planning, and handled various special projects.
Pagnanelli's work experience also includes roles at Thuzio as Chief Operating Officer, where they managed operations and contributed to business growth from 2019 to 2021. Andrea also served on the Advisory Board of the Super Soccer Stars Foundation from 2019 to 2022, providing guidance and support for the organization. Additionally, Pagnanelli has been a Board Member of the Volo Kids Foundation since 2022, contributing to the foundation's mission.
Currently, Pagnanelli is the Chief Business Officer at NJ/NY Gotham FC, a position they held from 2022 to 2022. Alongside this role, Pagnanelli is also the Chief Executive Officer of the National Cycling League (NCL) as of May 2023, responsible for leading the organization and driving its overall success.
Andrea Pagnanelli completed their secondary education at Mater Dei High School from 2000 to 2004. Andrea then pursued a bachelor's degree in History with a focus on American studies at Brown University from 2004 to 2008.
