Rutvi Rajpara

Rutvi Rajpara is a Doctoral Student at the Institute of Genomics, University of Tartu since September 2024. Simultaneously, Rutvi serves as a Junior Analyst in the Animal Breeding and Genomics Group at the National Dairy Development Board in Anand, Gujarat, India, focusing on genomic selection in indigenous cattle and buffalo breeds. Rutvi also works as a Bioinformatician at SnotraBio and has previous experience as a Dissertation Intern at the National Institute of Animal Biotechnology, where research involved identifying non-reference novel sequences in Bos indicus using next-generation sequencing. Other internships include molecular cloning and genomics at the M.P. Council of Science & Technology and virtual screening of HMG-CoA reductase inhibitors at M. & N. Virani Science College. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Bioinformatics from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya and a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology from Saurashtra University.
