National Development Engineers Ltd. has a board of directors with experience in various engineering projects and companies. These include working as a Deputy Project Manager-Shelter at BRAC, Sector Specialist (Structure) at BRAC, Project Engineer at Navana Real Estate Ltd., and Assistant Engineer (Civil) at Taeyoung Engineering & Construction Co Ltd. The board members also have diverse educational backgrounds, including a degree in Civil Engineering from Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology and Science from Dhaka College.
