Troy Moore

Troy Moore currently serves as Chief of External Affairs at the National Diaper Bank Network since October 2013, where responsibilities include public relations, strategic communications, and development counseling for a nonprofit network aimed at ensuring that every baby in the United States remains clean, dry, and healthy. Prior experience includes managing partner at 212 Group Communications from 1995 to 2013, where Troy oversaw various aspects of public relations and consulting for corporate and nonprofit clients. Additional roles include communications amalgamator for the Seaport Music Festival, marketing communications consultant for South Street Seaport, and external public relations consultant for Playboy Enterprises. Troy has held executive positions at Ruder Finn and holds degrees including an M.S. in Park & Recreation Administration from Western Illinois University, as well as coursework in International Relations from Baylor University and a B.A. in Communications/Journalism from Fort Hays State University.
