Christopher Spencer

Christopher Spencer is an experienced procurement professional with a robust background in public procurement and contract management. Currently serving as the Manager of Public Procurement at the National Environment and Planning Agency since July 2019, Christopher has previously held managerial roles at the Spectrum Management Authority and the University of Technology, Jamaica, where responsibilities included overseeing the entire procurement process, drafting policies, and managing contract evaluations. Christopher began the career as a Procurement Assistant at the International Seabed Authority and progressed to a Procurement Officer at the Ministry of Education Jamaica. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Computer Based Management Information Systems from the University of the West Indies, Mona, and multiple certificates in Purchasing, Procurement, and Contract Management from various institutions.
