Ileana Barbara has extensive experience in the foodservice and consulting industries, currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors for the University of Miami, College of Engineering Alumni Association since 2011, where past roles include Executive Board Member and Chair of the Student Relations, Mentorship, and Programs Committee. Additionally, Ileana holds certification as a Certified Professional in Food Safety and has worked in various leadership roles, such as National Account Manager at Restaurant Technologies and Principal at Ileana Barbara Engineering and Supply Consultant. Previously, positions included Sr. Director at Clipper Corporation, Director of Sales at Ecolab, and Category Leader at Burger King Corporation, contributing to significant advancements in quality assurance, food safety, and supply chain management. Ileana earned a Masters in Management Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Miami. Recognized with the University of Miami Alumni Association Pride Awards in 2013 and 2018, Ileana has consistently applied principles of Industrial Engineering and Food Safety across several notable organizations.
