Joey Spott

Joey Spott currently serves as the Conference Director for the National Esports Collegiate Conference, overseeing operational procedures and documentation for multiple esports leagues while managing day-to-day functions for the Mid Atlantic Conference and Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference. Prior experience includes roles at eFuse as a Collegiate Operations Coordinator and Content Intern, where responsibilities included managing esports programs, writing rulebooks, and developing content for collegiate esports events. Joey has also held positions as Community Manager for the College Carball Association, and interned at NASA and Xcel Energy, showcasing a diverse skill set in project management, engineering, operations, and customer service. Joey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
