Lindsey Short, CAE

Lindsey Short has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as Associate Manager at NATIONAL EXCHANGE CARRIER ASSOCIATION, INC since August 2021. Previously, they worked at National Exchange Carriers Association as a Member Service Assistant from June 2018 to the present, where they provided data control and analysis support, developed Excel-based programs, and served as the Region Business Continuity coordinator. Before that, Lindsey was an Event Management Specialist at LA Telecommunications Association from May 2011 to May 2018, where they coordinated logistics for meetings, organized charity golf tournaments, and maintained accounting and financial reports. Lindsey began their career as a Service Delivery Specialist at LA Farm Bureau Ins. Agency, starting as an office receptionist and eventually becoming a personal secretary to agents and taking on additional responsibilities.

Lindsey Short, CAE, has a strong education background in both business administration and music performance. Lindsey obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Louisiana State University, specializing in Business Administration and Management, General. This degree was earned between 2014 and 2018. Prior to their M.B.A., Lindsey earned a Bachelor of Music Performance degree from the same university. Lindsey pursued a degree in Voice and Opera, completing their studies from 1996 to 2001.

In addition to their formal education, Lindsey Short has also obtained several certifications to enhance their skills. Lindsey completed the "Learning Excel 2016" certification from LinkedIn in April 2021. In April 2017, they acquired the "Learning Salesforce" certification, also from LinkedIn.
